Appointments Appointment times may be adjusted to accommodate business operations. Please book the earliest available appointment. Arrive with fully detangled hair. Tangled or matted hair will result in service cancellation under our cancellation policy or, if time permits, an hourly detangling fee. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. For appointments made for you, if the deposit is not received by the end of the business day, your appointment will be canceled. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance and no further than 120 days in the future. Use the reschedule link in your GlossGenius confirmation email or call our AI receptionist at (833) 585-7426 Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for client and provider. A $25 late fee applies thereafter for the client. Appointments more than 20 minutes late will be canceled following the cancellation policy below. Guests To maintain a relaxing environment, only one guardian may accompany a child receiving services. No other guest for all other services. Payments Major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Processing fees apply. Exact cash only. CashApp accepted. Zelle is preferred. Full Service Every service includes a two-step shampoo and conditioning treatment enhanced with nano steam technology for optimal hair and scalp hydration. Arrive with fully detangled hair. Tangled or matted hair will result in service cancellation under our cancellation policy or, if time permits, an hourly detangling fee. Children Services Clients of all ages are welcomed and must be able to remain seated and well-behaved throughout their appointment. We do not offer children's discounts.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
For appointments made for you, if the deposit is not received by the end of the business day your appointment will be canceled. Please cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. If the card on file declines this fee, all future booking privileges will be revoked.
