Appointments Please book the earliest available appointment. To accommodate business operations, appointment times may be adjusted up to one hour before or after your selected booking time. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments, including appointments booked on your behalf. For appointments made for you, if the deposit is not received by the end of the business day, your appointment may be canceled and released to allow another guest who is ready to submit their deposit. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your GlossGenius confirmation email. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. A $25 late fee applies thereafter. Appointments more than 20 minutes late will be canceled following the cancellation policy below. Guests To maintain a relaxing environment, only one guardian may accompany a child receiving services. No other guest for all other services. Payments Major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Processing fees apply. Cancellation Policy

Our services require significant time and scheduling commitment. Always book the earliest slot available. Please cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment to allow another guest on the waitlist the opportunity to book. Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. If the card on file declines this fee, all future booking privileges will be revoked. Thank you for respecting our business operations.
